Kayo-Largo is located almost in the central part of the Cuban archipelago, south of the Big Island, just 177 kilometers from Havana and about 170 kilometers from Varadero. The island is a certain elongated strip, an area of about 40 square kilometers. Occasionally, the island is called the only Caribbean island, which retained its nineteenth century charm. Unique nature, which is untouched, is surprisingly suitable for those who prefer secluded rest, away from the city bustle and noise.

Almost all the coast occupy the beaches with amazingly small white sand, the total length of which is about 20 kilometers. On the expanses of the beaches it is often possible to celebrate sea turtles, Pelicans, Iguan, so if you prefer to see this beauty and merge with nature, then you should visit them.
The Kayo-Largo Isois is washed the purest water, and the northern part of the island is covered with salted lakes and amazing mangroves. Moreover, the island is considered the most isolated from civilization than it attracts not only ordinary tourists, but also ecological tourists from around the world. Compared to the neighboring resort Varadero, Kayo-Largo has good weather conditions, because when in Varadero Storm or bad weather, then in Kayo-Largo almost always sunny and reigns wonderful weather.
