For the first time in St. Petersburg, I turned out to be in winter, but you truly feel the city, in my opinion, you can only in the summer. When you can walk the nights, to sit in the parks, ride on the boats, meet the divorce bridges ....
The most amazing look for me is from the shore of the Petropavlovsk fortress, from where an amazing view of the Neva, the arrows of the Vasilyevsky Islands, the palace square. This place has become a place for me for some kind of meditation, much was here in mind and decided. And so far every time I come to St. Petersburg, I definitely find time to just sit on the shore.
I already had a classic walking route in favorite places: from the Nevsky Prospect on the Palace Embankment, through the Trinity Bridge to Petropavlovka, and then through the arrows of the Vasilyevsky Island back to the center. The route is long, but it is just breathtaking from it.
What else attracts me in St. Petersburg is that this city gives you a lot of opportunities for development and entertainment. There are such a number of different cultural events. My friends with friends, when rested in St. Petersburg, in addition to the classic set of museums, were able to visit the festival of paints, and on the festival dedicated to young people, and in the Elaginsky evening. Rest with us was very saturated, from such a little tired. But then the memories are enough for many, many days.
Arriving in Petersburg second or the third time you try more simply to walk along the streets than in central squares. St. Petersburg courtyards are less adorable than palaces.
