Koktebel is a small town in Crimea, as in all of Russia you can relax here "savage", and you can sit in the hotel. There will be no housing problems even if you arrive on the car - on each house hanging the chambers "rent housing". If you come by train, people with signs "surrendered housing" will be waiting for you near the train. Once again, I am convinced that it is better to go to rest to the rest, in the same Egypt, in the money there is almost the same thing, and take care of the food, entertainment, the purity of the beach and the sea are not necessary.
In Koktebel we went with a friend, and before that, she told me all year all year as it was wonderful and beautiful. Upon arrival, I did not notice anything beautiful, the usual resort town in the Crimea, what dozens. The only plus is cheaper than the Sochi coast. Housing we were looking for themselves, that of course there is also a huge minus, because after a long road and a second-class car, I dreamed as soon as possible or on the bed or at least plunge into the sea.
There is very little vegetation in the city, which seemed very strange to me. Usually in the same Sochi around the palm trees, sshit groves, Pitsundskaya Pine, samshet, and in the cockthele in the mountains you can play golf, and only. Mountains are absolutely bald.
With landscaped design here is clearly problems. By the way, in the city in the morning, for some reason, it smells of a surmous air, as if from the sewage. Beauty .. Although, perhaps it was not so lucky.
The city has a water park, dolphinarium, butterfly exhibition, aquaguke on the beach, trampolines, cafes, souvenir shops in general, the charm of the "Soviet" resort town. Beach pebble, the sea is warm, there are a lot of people.
The sea is clean, firstly Koktebel is in the bay, secondly it seems that garbage takes place in the open sea. By evening, the beach was abandoned by bottles, plastic cups, napkins and other garbage. Sea of beautiful azure color, in the morning and late in the evening (when no one bathes) it is completely transparent. There is a wild nudist beach, we naturally did not go there, shook your eyes.
Entertainment is not much, but still they are, you can go to the water park, dolphinarium, go to the sea walk, take the catamaran, go to the cafe in the end. For 2 weeks, it is impossible to get tired of this place, but more than 2 weeks I would not be delayed here. The only plus, the warm sea and the bay. Nature, more precisely, the absence of vegetation struck me to the depths of the soul, the service, as in any resort of our country leaves much to be desired. I will not go there more there, as you do not persuade me.
