Salzburg is a very expensive city, one of the most expensive in the whole of Austria. But one thing may surprise you: Salzburg is considered international trade paradise. These two facts lead to simple conclusion: most purchases in Salzburg are committed by people who can afford it, as well as tourists coming to the city from around the world during the Salzburg festival, they are generally equal to the price.
