I visited the Republic of Adygea 1 time in life, but if it is still possible to go there. For the first time I saw the Adygea view of the tourist on the excursion from Maykop. The excursion lasted the whole day, in the framework of the excursion we visited the Lago-Naki Plateau, Khajochkaya Tesnin and Rufabgo Waterfalls. It was a walk during which it was possible to enjoy not only the beauties of Fairy Tale Adygea, but also with Lazagan in the mountains. If you are not a lover of winter sports, and are generally not familiar with the mountain skiing and snowboard, I assure you, you will like it there. The main river Adygea - the White River. It is called so due to the fact that it is very stormy, and after the winter rises almost to the viewing sites (River "boils").

On the territory of about a third waterfall was a halt, at the time of which it was possible to eat, naturally local cuisine - barbees kebab and Adygei cheese. It looked like a cafe not so much to want to return there, but the food was quite worn and no one even poisoned. The service of course leaves much to be desired.
The most beautiful one could call the third waterfall - the heart of Rufabgo, then we decided not to walk, because It was necessary to rise above in the mountains.
The White River flows in the Guseripl Biosphere Reserve (the Guseripl Dolmen could not see, was not on the tour). In general, it seemed to me that in Adygea you can drive a vacancy, without a guide, it will be much more interesting than walking like a flock of rams for the leader.
A visit to a large Asian cave was included in the excursion, they are very cold, as in the other in the mountains, so it will be better to dress warmer, even if there will be a 30-degree heat in Sochi on the street.
Around the caves are amazingly beautiful nature, mountain peaks, juniper groves, during the excursion you could buy with me Adygei cheese (naturally 3 times more expensive than in the Sochi hypermarket), eat a kebab from lamb on the edge of the cliff, gaze a bunch of panoramic photos for memory. In Adygea, it is very beautiful, but for me she remains a country of mountains, the level of service remains at the doping level, to stay there for a week I would not risk.
