Agios Nikolaos - the resort city, located on the Greek Island of Crete, leaves the most pleasant impression at first glance. There is in this town its atmosphere, which is so valuable in resort places, many of which are so impersonal that sometimes it's not to distinguish one of the other. But here, in Agios Nikolaos, the layout of the city, its architecture, embankments, everything is very solid and beautiful.
After hitting for the first time in Agios Nikolaos, I immediately felt his breathing, was fascinated by his slender beauty. A particularly strong impression remained from the embankment visit. White white yachts from the height of the hill, on which the city is located, look gracefully and even festively. Very cozy on the shore of Lake Vulismen, which is considered one of the main attractions and features of Agios Nikolaos. In general, the city even reminded me of Venice in the part that is located on the embankment.
Even a short visit to Agios Nikolaos was enough to highlight this place and remember it. I think to spend all vacation in this city - this is a great opportunity to enjoy walks, contemplating surrounding beauty. In any case, I felt a bit that we live in a rather faceless village when there are such wonderful places on Crete.
