Some time ago it was believed that the nightlife of Gdansk is a bit boring and not diverse at all, but today a lot has changed. There are more than enough good bars and clubs that can be recommended to visit and spend an excellent evening and night.
Bars and Pubs with Local Colorite
"Brovarnia" (UL. SZAFARNIA 9)
Try tasty Polish beer from your own brewery in this bar. It is possible that it is one of the best brewers in Poland. Beer is dark and bright, for every taste. By the way, it is forbidden to smoke in a pub to smoke, so that smoke cannot kill the tart of malt and hops in the guests of Pub. As for the interior, then consider that the bar is redone from the old granaries, and the atmosphere is partially preserved. The bar works until midnight, and on weekends until the hour of the night.
"CAFE GOLDWASSER" (UL. Długi Targ 28/29)
Well, you know what Goldwasser is. If not, it is Polish favorite vodka with gold particles. Exactly. Cafe is very pleasant, there is good dinner and stretch out on the chairs (a good menu, try Polish Gulaszowa Polish), or come in the evening to taste the golden water. For delicious lyters, they love to appear in a bar different celebrities, even Mrs. Angela Merkel was here! The cafe is open from 9 am to 7 or 8 pm.
Amsterdam Bar Beer & Bagel (UL. Garbary 6/7)
Another place where you can try a delicious local beer about 130 species. Sometimes sports matches are also broadcast here. The bar is open every day with an hour of day until 23:00 (and on Friday and Saturday, until midnight).
"CAFE ABSINTHE" (Targ Wyrglowże (Teatr Wybrzeże))
That's where all the most strange and interesting characters of Gdansk are flowing. The penetrated green mist, with chairs and tables of a strange form - here it is, the legendary absore bar. And in the afternoon it is a great place to have a snack. The bar is open every day from 10:00 to 04:00.

"DEGUSTATORNIA DOM PIWA" (UL. Grodzka 16)
This is an excellent pub with an impressive choice of local and foreign beer (more than 100!). There is a bar on the edge of the Old Town, not far from the Hilton Hotel. The bar is open daily from 16:00 to 01:00.
"Buddha" (UL. Długa 18/21)
"Buddha" is a pretty nice lounge, it is a pity that it works only until midnight. Bar interior in bluish colors, soft seats, a cozy terrace, which overlooks the main street, and which is a great place to sit with friends, drink beer and choose something from the menu (Polish traditional cuisine). The bar you can buy that, by the way, is quite a rare phenomenon in the city center.
"Parlament" (UL. św. Ducha 2)
The multi-level club building with different flashers and lanterns, where the aroma of brandy and the Polish vodka and male cologne are hung. This is perhaps the best place where you can arrange a crushing bachelor party, because there is no rare strip show (as well as concerts of local groups). Pretty "hot" place! The contingent of the club is distrustful youth from 18 and higher, in stylish antiques. Come immediately with cash, it will be easier. The club is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday 21:00 - 04:00. By the way, the club is quite difficult to recognize outside, there are no lights and a lush porch, only a small icon on which you need to navigate. And the club itself is essentially located in the basement, but it is not necessary to represent a gloomy raw room, by no means!
For couples
"Cafe Kamienica" (UL. MARIACKA 37/39)
This is a cozy, atmospheric, bohemian two-level bar, with wooden floors and different interesting trophies on the walls and shelves of the bar. When the weather is warm, the bar turns into one of the largest and best terraces in Gdansk. Although it is not bad here at any time of the year! The thing is for a romantic date.

Well, I called it so much. In general, it is quite expensive and very beautiful bars, hikes in which you can boast.
"Sure Bar" (UL. Długi Targ 19 (Radisson Blu Hotel)
To get into the bar, you need to go through a luxurious glass entrance to the hotel. Bar himself is rather the Irish Pub. Unfortunately, those who prefer the ruined Guinness is not there. But this is perhaps the only minus. The interior of the pub corresponds - wooden panels, tables with heavy covers, other classic attributes, and, of course, the outstanding menu, including the best hamburgers of Poland (so decided). The bar is open every day from 5 pm to midnight.
"F ° 32 Fahrenheit Bar" (UL. TARG RYBNY 1)
Well, another hotel lobby bar, but this one is different from others. And all because from the windows of the bar is such a cute view of the river, well, what about the view of the rings of the river, and there are still a Hoegaarden Lager, and the interior of the hall is such a cozy, relaxed, and very stylish. Chic, but not frightened decor of the hall, with parquet floors and green sofas. Fans of cocktails will accurately like it, and the most pleasure is to pull these the most cocktails from the summer terrace in the evening. The bar works on schedule: 10:30 - 01:00 every day.
"HIGH 5" (UL. TARG RYBNY 1)
Visit this bar is the same as to visit the red carpet. Premium-class location, on the fifth floor of the Hilton Hotel, with a terrace with wooden floors, offering a wonderful view of the red roofs of Gdansk houses. It is very pleasant to lie on one of the white wicker chairs, sipping a cocktail, admiring this luxurious view, especially on a sunny day. Do not be surprised if you notice a bar for a bar in snow-white coats - they have just emerged from the hotel's rooftop pool. O-la-la! It is amazing that prices in this bar, however, at an acceptable level. No cheap -Fact, but it is not transcendental prices, as it could be in another kilotone in another country. Although some cocktails are worth 60 euros, well, this is not good at all. The bar is open from 16:00 to 23:00, but the hours of work are changing depending on the season (in the summer it opens before, closes a little later).
"Tekstylia" (UL. Szeroka 121/122)
Very and very good bar with relatively low prices (for sure, there are no cocktails for 60 euros). This is one of the busiest places in the off-season, and, having come here, you certainly will not feel the lack of people and boredom. Large windows, industrial decoration of the main hall, bizarre items and bright colors - it is immediately clear that there was not one trendy designer over the bar. This bar is especially recommended for heating before going to the club, as well as for afternoon. Bar is open daily from 9 am to midnight.
