Thai boxing Muay Thai
This is the National Thai sport. Naturally, Samui tourists simply could not leave without such pleasure. At the same time it is worth noting that boxing is one of the most dangerous martial arts in the world. Competitions can be viewed at Chaweng Stadium (Chaweng), which is near Pub Raggi (Reggae Pub), next to Lake Chaweng, in Bo Road. Well, these competitions can be held somewhere else, but the main thing is exactly here. You can still see the schedule at the Pathchabuncha stadium, a newer place, next to the Laem Din market (Laem Din Market), not far from the first stadium.
These fights, as a rule, happen in the evenings on Monday and Friday, and in the high season back on Sunday. Thai boxing is a completely unique event: a bunch of tourists, Thai music playing, something murms commentator. In any case, that there will be fights here, you will learn, since a few days before the fight it is started to advertise and convene tourists.
Diving Center Discovery (Discovery Dive Center)
This is a pretty old center, it has been working since 1998 (it seems to be the oldest one). Look for it in the north of the island, a 5-minute drive southeast from Samui Airport, at the Amari Palm Reef Resort at Chaweng Beach, in the boot area.

Lamai Beach (Lamai Beach)
This is one of the most popular beaches of the island. And he is pleasant with his snow-white gentle sand, wide coastline, small sea and luxurious views. On the coastline, cafes, shops, nightlife (in the southern beach). Immediately, in fact, there are famous rocks "Grandfather and Grandma". If you go to the south of the beach, you will find a cute fishing village of Hua Thaton, where all the crowds of tourists from all over the world rushed on Samui - local residents are still engaged in traditional crafts, grow rice and vegetables, and graze cattle. Chaweng Beach
This beach on the eastern shore of Samui is the longest sand strip on the island (six kilometers). Sand here is also very nice, snow-white. Despite a large number of tourists, there is still clean, because they are followed. Next to the shores of this beach are coral reefs, so, here it's time to do snorkeling. In the center of Severburg - more fun - there are shopping shops, spa salons and a bunch of people. In the northern part of the beach - a more relaxed atmosphere and there is less crowded. Chawenga Beach is divided into pieces owned by hotels, but still, you can come here from another part of the island, rent an umbrella and chaise longue and shove in the sun. After that, you can go to the TCCO Lotus shopping center, where it is not bad, and go to the cinema, if, of course, you are ready to watch movies without translation in English (or with subtitles). Take a look at the "Moulin Rouge" bar, where different shows are held in the evening, including a fire show (although it is not uncommon, almost every self-respecting establishment is indulging in this show). Somewhere near the beach you can find the Temple of Khao Hua Jook, standing on a 90-meter hill, from where you can admire a luxurious view of the island. And here the footprint is stored Buddha.
Anthong National Park (Anthong National Park)
The reserve, in general, is located on the forty islands, which are located north-west Samui, kilometers in 20. Excursions to these islands will offer you in any agency on Samui. And this nature reserve is famous for its most beautiful caves with stalactites, lagoons and beaches. In the forests of the reserve, leopards live, rare types of reptiles and exotic birds. Manem Beach (Mae Nam)

Unless, in windy weather, many kite surfing fans arrive here. There are several cafes and restaurants on the beach, most in the middle, but the edges of the beach are deserted. If you wish to settle on the beach, then there are cheap bungalows, and boutique hotels. From here, it will not far be to Pangan, on which their legendary "Full Moon Party" is held.
