In September 2013, we went to Ireland. Committed us to this decision the presence of a British visa in a passport. Until 2016, it is possible to enter Ireland through the UK without a Schengen visa.

Arriving in Heathrow, we moved to Aer Lingus (Irish Airlines) and flew to Cork Airport. The route in Ireland, which we made up, passed through Killarney, Galway, Dublin and Belfast. Moved by public transport. As a rule, it was a regular flight bus. For all of the way, apartments and hotels have been booked. The journey turned out to be excellent, because everything was thought out in advance.

Killarney

A small town in southern Ireland, the beauty of which is that it is located in the National Park. It is worth moving away from residential buildings for a short distance, and you can find a small flock of deer.

Near the city there is a lake, on the shores of which are the ruins of the castle. In the evening illumination, it looks beautiful and majestically.

Galway

Large city at the mouth of the river with a rich history. The city center is the Catholic Cathedral of the Ascension of Our Lady. It's nice to walk along the historic center on the pedestrian streets, walk along the river along the embankment. Passing under the Spanish arch, you can go to the former village of colades, where the ancient Irish traditions have retained. Now they have remained rings of quarters that are sold in almost all stores.

Dublin

Like all the capital, Dublin is a noisy and crowded city. We do not like megalopolis very much, therefore, by visiting the city, one day, made a voyage in Glendalok and Bray. The latter is a small resort city on the beach of the Atlantic. It is just nice to walk on clean beaches. And, of course, delightfully see the Glendalo Valley. Untouched nature, breathtaking landscape, slopes of mountains and water.

Belfast

The capital of Northern Ireland, where the laws of the UK are operating, and a pound sterling is used. From here we went to the trop of the giants, the most beautiful natural phenomenon in the north of Ireland. Hexagonal shape columns create an unique beauty spectacle. Do not even believe that it did nature.

Ireland, with empty peers, the slopes of the mountains, descending into the water of the Atlantic, the permanent wind and unstable weather, has become another opening of one of the unforgettable and beautiful places on the planet.
