Cassandra is called the peninsula, although it is in turn only the third part of the Halkidiki Peninsula, which is considered in Greece the most popular resort area. When choosing a holiday destination on Halkidiki, many tour operators offer precisely Cassandra, and there is still Sithonia and Athos.

What is the region or what villages are it better to choose for a rest here? In principle, all resort towns are similar. The difference is that in a number of them there are many nightclubs, discos, so they are more appropriate for young people. Among those, Neo Califa, occupies, perhaps, first place in the number of discos per capita, Hanioti, Pefkohori. The rest are less busy, in them life at night is more measured, quiet, calm. If you even choose to stay, say, Hanioti, then this does not mean that the night bustle will absorb you. Clubs most often in the city center, and hotels in some removal. Therefore, there is no concern.
Category of hotels in Cassandra, as in general, on chalkidiki, different. There are apartments, and then from 5 and below the stars. Diva hotels are distinguished for day stay, if you are traveling here. There was both 5 and 3 stars. Oddly enough "treshka" liked more. Why? Hotels 3 stars cast the fewer tourists, here is not so noisy, but in addition to our compatriots a lot of holidaymakers from Serbia. These are very active and loud tourists. They are more often resting with huge families with a lot of children. So in the five-star hotel had to occupy the decesses on the beach in the morning, nothing is enough. Hotels category 3 and even 4 stars in Greece often do not have their own beaches. The municipal beach should not scare you. Even better here.
