Hue is the old capital of the last rulers belonging to the Nguyen dynasty (1802-1945), is in the heart of the state. Raw a rounded zone citadel, or Kin Than, having a length of ten kilometers in the perimeter, Emperor Zya Long (the first of the Nguynev dynasty) began in 1804th on the spot, which was elected geomants. At first, the citadel was earthen, but in the first decades of the nineteenth century, several dozen people worked in order to build fortress shafts according to the style of a military engineer from France - Voban. The thickness of the brick walls in the citadel reaches two meters.

The citadel has three straight sides and one - a little rounded along the river bending. The walls of the fortress are surrounded by zigzag pvvs, which have thirty meters of width, and their depth is four meters. Fort Mangri, which was previously called the French concession, is located in the northern corner of the complex. It until today is exploited for military purposes. Famous "graves of emperors", which have scleps, more similar to small cities, are worth saying about them separately. It does not boast of such dimensions as other tombs, it was built on a hill, it surrounds a concrete wall with interspersions of multi-colored glass and pieces of porcelain. Ming Manga Tomb
The chic monumental tomb of Emperor Ming Manga is located at a distance of twelve kilometers from the city, on the fragrant river. In order to cross it, tourists hire a boatman. Bamcha National Park
Bamcha National Park is located within forty kilometers south of the city. Bachma is so called the highest mountain in this park, which has 1145 meters of height above sea level.
