Lviv has already been said and written so much that writing something new is very problematic and, of course, do not try to retell Wikipedia. Therefore, I will briefly share the impressions of a few days spent.
I arrived here by train - and immediately went for a walk.
Lviv Center is something completely unimaginable when all buildings around you are at least two hundred years and on each - a sign "Architecture Monument".
And on the ancient narrow streets, the same narrow trams with "accordions" are driving. There are a lot of cars, and you will not make a wider street - so there are trams in traffic jams with everyone.
In Lychakovsky cemetery (entrance, by the way, paid) I wandered five hours. Many vintage generic crypts with inscriptions on Polish and German, Warriors' warriors, warriors 1918-19, the graves of famous people of our time ...
People are wonderful here. Very friendly and without problems will help, in what language did not turn. The language itself, by the way, is very colorful, with a mass of Polish words.
Finally, I drove to Auchan (he outside the city), went to the track - and began to catch the car. And in Lviv will come back. Necessarily.
