In essence, graz is divided by as many as 17 districts, however, if you are going here with a tourist trip, it is better to consider those directly close to the center. In this sense, the most remarkable area is Innere Stadt.
Of course, it is almost a center and therefore the price is high here, but you will always be in close proximity to all the most important attractions. Living here is possible both in apartments and in hotels, and prices range from 45 to 250 euros.
Next area St. Leonhar is a completely perfect option, despite the fact that there are a little student hostels. But all of them, believe me, belong to the highest class, and therefore they are seized not poor emigrants, but those provided students who want to quietly study.
The main advantage of this area is relatively low prices for accommodation, and the fact that the center is about 10-15 minutes of calm walking. You can live here in hotels, but there is also an apartment here, but it is possible to remove the room. Prices here vary from 60 to 150 euros.
The next area is called Geidorf. In general, the street is Zinzengorfgaße, which is considered the most student in all grace. Accordingly, there is their advantages and their minuses. From the advantages it can be noted that there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
Here you can take a walk, look at the traditional University of Charles and Franz, there is also a tour and a huge park nearby. And the minuses include what actually this is not the most quiet area in the city, since it is the center of student fun. You can settle here both in hotels and apartments, and prices range from 50 to 105 euros.
Next, you can note the area called Jakomini - it is considered the most densely populated area of the Graz. It is located in close proximity to the Jakomini Square, with which you can actually drive anywhere in the city.
There are a lot of interesting institutions including the most different cafes and restaurants, there is also a small park. You can live here in hotels and apartments, well, prices range from 49 to 195 euros.
It is not necessary to settle in Graz closer to the station, because there are not too good areas. Yes, and in general, the whole right part of the city, which is located on the side of the station, is some kind of too multicultural. But the left bank of the city is more traditional and it is better to choose it for a quiet life.
If you arrived by car in Graz and you are not so important to the center of the center, it is better to choose the Mariatrost area. There is an incredibly much greens, there is a very beautiful church and the most, perhaps elite houses in the city.
