Ultsin is the Montenegrin resort city located in the south of the country. And despite the fact that in general it can be called a fairly calm and provincial town, all the same, its different areas differ very much from each other. Basically, guest houses have guest houses in its overwhelming majority, but dear tourist complexes and some elite hotels are essentially quite a bit.
But in principle, this can even be called a significant plus, since each tourist can stop here in that area, which will mostly have to do. In fact, the city can be divided into four large parts - on Liman, at the center, on the old town and the business district.
Liman is the north-western, and the hilly part of Ulzin. On this side of the city there is practically no low-cost housing, and most of the local buildings are in general, cozy private hotels and more villas that are surrounded by olive groves and have an excellent panoramic view of the Adriatic coast.

Also in the area there are an embankment of a small beach and a local market. This area is more suitable for families who come to rest with children, for older people and for those tourists who prefer accessibility and pleasant value for money.
The Old Town of Ulzin is a very colorful area, acquired from all sides by medieval fortifications. By itself, he is the historical center of the modern resort Ultsin and therefore is the attraction of the city, as well as a favorite place for walking in all tourists.
Of course, the prices for apartments in this area are much higher than that in the Central District, since the old town is one of the oldest architectural units of the Adriatic, and an extraordinary city landscape can be observed from the walls of his fortress. Still in Ultsin, oddly enough there is a business district, but tourists should not look for housing there, since it is located very far from the main attractions - about an hour's walk from the beach. Speaking about the areas of Ulzin, it is also worth mentioning about the great beach, as well as about the Island of Ado Boyan Island. In this area, it is better to settle for those who love to live in campsites and prefers active rest.
Ada Boyan is an island of artificial passage, which on both sides is washed by the Bayana River and with the third party the Adriatic Sea. However, rest at this resort is quite expensive, but of course is truly unforgettable. Here you can rent private accommodation, since on both sides of the river there are wooden houses that are leased. Either to live in a camping zone in a tent - it will be a very budget option.
