Since in Montenegro, the airports in Tivat and Podgorica are closest to the village of Sveti Stephen, then you have to get from there. The most convenient option of course is to order a taxi on the Internet in advance. From Tivat, transfer, if you can buy it in advance in 25 euros, and from Podgorica at 36 euros. But it is natural to do it best to do in advance, because at the airport after arrival, taxi drivers can request much more.
Alternatively, you can rent a car - this service will cost, starting from 11 euros, so you will save on the transfer and then you can inspect the country in a comfortable format. You can make it in advance also on the Internet and be sure to warn that the car is delivered directly to the airport. When transmitted, you must inspect the car in detail.
Very often, the owners of housing, which you are booking in advance or chose for yourself, take our tourists directly from the airport. It turns out a little more expensive than, for example, a taxi order, but it is much more convenient. Again, negotiate this service must be in advance.
If you arrive at the airport of Light, then in principle you can try to reach the local bus. Bus stop is located about one kilometer from Tivat Airport. However, you will have a little walk around the heat and also there is no direct bus as such, so you will need to make a transplant in Budva. The bus falls out you in the Saint Stefan right at the final stop, and then you will have to walk along the stairs to get to the hotel or to the apartments.
In principle, a similar situation will have if you fly to Podgorica Airport. There are no nearby bus stops near the airport, and direct buses to St. Stephen's resort also. From Budva towards St. Stephana every 10 minutes along the Yadrinsky Gorge there is a bus, the cost of the ticket in which is one and a half euros.
From the bus station in which buses are sent less often - about every hour and a half, and the ticket costs from 3 to 5 euros. From Becici or Rafailovichi, in principle, you can walk on foot and it will be much more interesting, but you can also sit on a passing bus that follows the poisonst path from the resort Budva.
