One of the main attractions of the resort Rybakovka is the famous salt lake Tuzla, located in close proximity to the village itself and from the recreation center. It is long famous for its incredible healing mud and therefore enjoys an active interest in many holidaymakers. In ancient times, it was used to be extraction of salt, and now, during the period of the holiday season, there are many resorts, which are fused from the head to the legs on this almost already dried lake.
It is noteworthy that near the shore of the lake there was a very wide strip of pine forest, and therefore there is an extraordinarily healing air. Recently, mud is one of the promising directions in the development of this resort. The proximity of the healing lake, the sea and the forest-steppe creates a unique microclimate in a resort that promotes the improvement of the organism. Then it is worth noting that the place is environmentally very clean, it is not for nothing that there are numerous varieties of such waterfowls, like ducks, herons, seagulls, white and black swans, as well as pink pelicans.
Researchers of the Creativity of the Great Russian Poet of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin argue that the consciousness of the mythical island of Buyan poet inspired Berezan Island, which is located next to the spa village Rybakovka. When Pushkin once visited, he was so impressed with his extraordinary beauty, which later called him in his fairy tale. In fact, the miracle island is called Berezan, and in translating from Turkish language this word means "island at the wolf river."
It is located in the sea right at the exit from the Dnieper and Berezansky Limanov, from the northern and eastern parties is washed by the waters of the Bug and the Mighty Dnieper, and from the Western and southern parties to the waters of the Black Sea. The island is small in size and stretched out only 850 meters long. Birds and various amphibians live on the island.
However, in ancient times, antique tribes lived there - immigrants from the Mileta. In those days, Berezan Island connected with land in the area of Cape Agiaska practically near the village of Fisherman, but then the water level rose in the Black Sea, and the peninsula separated from the mainland, and Berezansky Liman was formed in this place. After that, the inhabitants left these places and the island became uninhabited for many centuries.
Also, this island is associated with the memory of Lieutenant Peter Petrovich Schmidt, who was shot here with his associates. After that, a monument was erected here, which reminds its outline the sail, which is a symbol of marine element. Berezan Island is a reserve corner of nature and is part of the historical and archaeological reserve of Olvia, which has national and world importance.
