We flew to Tivat Airport during the day. There we met the wife of the owner of the apartment from Budva on his car. The road from the airport to Budva with a small load of the track takes 20-25 minutes, but the track is usually loaded. We lived in the Guest House Budva apartments at the poisonst path (just where the highway passes). It was impressed that in Montenegro, many speak Russian, but even if they themselves do not say, you will understand you perfectly. Signs in most places are duplicated in Russian, and if you do not know the language, you definitely do not lose. Well, as otherwise, if this direction enjoys in great demand among Russian tourists. On the first day we met other guests of our villa, and all of them were Russian. In the future, we only heard Russian speech, although the Germans and others rest in Montenegro and others. Some of our Russian interlocutors reported that they arrive here the eighth time!
We are located and went to study the city - looked into the only shopping center in the city, a little passed along the embankment. Honestly, the first impression was not too good. We, unusual for hot weather, were very shattered from +35 degrees of heat, but the climate in Budvan Riviera was very soft and we quickly adapted. The town from three sides is surrounded by mountains, but stretches along the coast of the Adriatic Sea. The Adriatic Sea is clean, literally transparent, azure. And the coast of Montenegro is incredibly beautiful and warm. Or cold, how lucky. The last three nights in Montenegro, a cold cyclone raged, because the water temperature slightly lowered, although the air was the same +35 in the air. But the bathing did not stop us.
Budva - the town is small and actually there is a counseling of tourists. So at first it seemed to us that we came to the huge market. In the future, this impression was dispelled. Already on the first day we went to the old town - this is a small fortress on the peninsula. Unfortunately, it is not an old one in its essence - in 1979, a monstrous earthquake occurred in Montenegro, and in fact the whole old Budva was destroyed. But with what love and accuracy she was restored! It does not feel that all this was built only in the last century.
Not far from the fortress, passing along the path along the rocks, we completely accidentally found the Beach Mogren. The beaches in Budva are a lot, but Mogren is the most calm and picturesque of all, special if you go to the long end of the beach through the passage in the rock. On the beaches are cleaning the bottom from sea heroes, there are sun beds with umbrellas (unfortunately, paid, but if you wait for the evening, you can take place for free), rescuers and boobs. There are almost no wild beaches in Budva and the surrounding area, for someone it may be a minus. In search of another good beach we got to the opposite end of the city and to the village of Becici. There, too, everything is civilized and equipped, however, the Slovenian beach at any time of the day is scored to failure, and the road to Beachichi beaches is hidden between the territories of hotels. It should always be borne in mind that there are few sandy beaches in Montenegro, usually large pebbles; And then in the first place was Morgen - there is the best bottom, small pebbles or large sand. Nikola or Hawaii, Nicawa or Hawaii, were fused on the island of Sveti, as the club located there. But there we were not delayed, there is almost nothing to do there, although this cassette is the place of infinite parties with loud music and dancing.
Montenegro is not very expensive. Perhaps more expensive than to relax in Russia, but prices in supermarkets are about equal to Russian, only in euros. In restaurants, hotels and apartments, the price variation is large, depending on the category of establishment.
Montenegro as a whole creates the impression of safe camp, where you can safely leave things on the beach and go swimming. In Montenegro, you just love for the fact that you came here. By the end of the vacation, we completely plunged into the atmosphere "Paracheno", which translated from Serbian means "slow". And, of course, would like to return there again.
