This year I visited a small village called Sergeevka. This is a good resort on the Black Sea coast, which is located only 80 kilometers from Odessa. Rest was very positive, lucky with the weather and with everything else too.
You can get by train to Odessa, which I did, and then on a minibus in this village. There were no problems in this regard. Settled too without adventure.
Ordered a room in a small guest house on the recreation center "Songs". Conditions are not perfect, but quite good. It was possible to cook food or dinner in the cafeteria, to the sea to go just a few minutes. However, most databases of recreation and hotels are located next to the sea. You can choose a number in accordance with your capabilities.
I'll tell you a little about the beaches. Here they are somewhat and everywhere small sand. There is a pebble, but only in places. At sea, the bottom is sandy, but if you go a little further, then there are stones. On the beaches there are a lot of holidaymakers, so sometimes the place you need to search or just come early in the morning. Also on the beaches there are many corn traders, Pahlav, mussels and the like. You can buy water or beer, who is more like. Infrastructure developed quite well.
But with the entertainment here is not all good. More precisely, they are, but if compared with Odessa, this is the sky and the earth. Here you can walk along the village, but except for several monuments there is nothing interesting. Major entertainment are located on the beach or near him. Of course, there are rides and boat rides and street entertainment.
When I did not want to cook on my own, then I went to the cafe, which here is full of every step. It is possible to eat on average for $ 7-8 per person.
There are many shops, prices are slightly higher than in large cities of the country, but in general products are relatively not expensive. Fruit is also a large amount for sale. You can buy home peaches or grapes, no more expensive, but often tastier.
In general, I liked the rest, but I hardly come here again. It is inexpensive here, but there is no greater diversity.
