Barcelona is my dream. That's really, the city is where you want to come back again and again. I thought for a long time why I was pulling the ride in Spain. All because, the most delicious decided to leave for later. Very comfortable, comfortable, little truth is noisy, tourist city on the Mediterranean coast, which at first sight will be in the soul and leaves there only the warmest memories. You can get from the airport to the city center in 20-30 minutes depending on the time of day in almost any type of transport. We did not bother, because they were not going to be limited to Barcelona and took the car. Plus, the fact that we were allowed to leave the keys in the hotel, where we stayed, and they themselves were taken away from there. We took a car with a full tank, just returned.
In Barcelona, you can walk endlessly, almost every building I want to take pictures. We did not count on it, therefore I had to change the return tickets at a favorable rate and make your vacation a little more. First of all, despite the presence of Google and the Internet, we still bought a regular tourist map, where all the main sights of the city are indicated.
2 of my favorite places in Barcelona:
- Gothic quarter is almost the center of Barcelona with many medieval attractions dating from 14-15 centuries. Despite this, there is a huge number of cozy coffee shops and fashionable restaurants, pizzerias and shops with souvenirs and, of course, Hamon (there is not worth buying it :) Miniature narrow streets, courtyards with fountains, market squares, cathedrals - all this creates around you an incredible atmosphere and you feel like a movie;
- Cathedral of the Holy Family. This is a truly unique architectural creation, a kind of rope that has associated a few eras. I do not regret to stand in line 40-60 minutes, let it not scares her length. Everything is very well organized. Be sure to get inside. This greatness is not conveyed by words, inside the crowd of people disappears somewhere, sway on the bench and enjoy the music. We stayed there somewhere 2, and I still do not understand what we did there, but I really want to return there again.
To swim well in the sea, we always drove out of the city, there is a fairly wide strip of the beach and a huge number of hotels with more imputed prices.
