Yeisk is a relatively small resort town on the banks of the Azov Sea. He has a very interesting story, since it was founded on the initiative of one of the Cossack Atamans - Grigory Raspil, as well as with the assistance of Prince Vorontsov in 1848. Initially, it was built as a port for grain trading with a distant Black Sea coast.
Today, Yeisk is more resort town thanks to a very warm shallow sea with a half-year day. Three kilometers from the end of the Eine Spit is a very interesting place - "Island of seven winds."
