Sharjah: Instructions for use

This year, my daughter and her husband decided to go to the United Arab Emirates. When choosing a batch tour in the travel agency, we focused, first of all, at an adequate price, breakfast and dinners, as they understood that it was expensive to eat in cafes and restaurants in connection with the dollar course. We chose between the resorts of Dubai, Sharjah and Fujairah. Looking at the prices of hotels, we decided that Dubai we will visit during the excursion, besides, if you stay in Sharjah, you can get to Dubai in a 10-minute taxi and take a walk there yourself. The hotel was chosen in Sharjah and remained very satisfied, as they lived literally on the border with the Emirate of Dubai, there was a huge shopping center Sakhara Mall with a supermarket, food court and shops with reasonable prices. From the hotel every morning there was a bus on the beach, performed two flights so that all hotel guests could calmly go to the beach. Back from the beach We traveled on a taxi, as they wanted to have time for lunch, and after lunch, there were always excursions. Taxi in the meter, prices are adequate, but it was necessary to warn the driver so that he brought us to another entrance to sugar - Mall, since the shopping center stands on the border, and 20 dirhams are taken for the crossing of the border. Naturally, if tourists do not know about it, they pay exactly the amount. Without knowledge of English in the country it will be hard, since it is practically not told in Russian here. In Sharjah, there is a wonderful embankment, we visited the Museum of the History of Islamic Civilization and rolled on the Ferris Wheel "Emirates Oko". In shopping centers you can find restaurants in Chinese. Japanese, Thai, Italian cuisine, there are all the favorite fast food restaurants, such as MacDonalds and CFS, but there you need to watch the menu carefully, as often buying separate positions, you pay more than the lunch box with several dishes. The beach in Sharjah is wonderful, there is a paid, and there is free, to be honest, then we did not notice the difference. Everywhere is equally clean, there are free umbrellas with shops, but the sun beds are already paid separately. We had a beach towels in the hotel, we spread them right on the sand, so I have never paid paid services on the beach. The Persian Bay is very clean, there is no jellyfish, you can safely resolve swimming for children, without fear for the bites of unknown marine inhabitants. My advice - choose Sharjah, but Dubai and other emirates can be viewed on excursions.
