Gathering this year to visit Alania again, I remember my previous trips to this city. Yes, I repeatedly stayed in Alanya and, I hope, I will not be a guest here again. My first trip here, and in Turkey, in general, passed under the motto "the cheapest tour" and how I am glad I could then discover this city.
Every year, Alanya discovered himself from the new side. And last my trip, I tried to visit all the places that I loved. No tourist passed past the Alanya Fortress and the Red Tower. But its most magical corners opens the fortress to me only when I go to secluded trails, moving away from tourist routes, looking into the loopholes, gaps, trying to understand what was here many centuries ago. Close your eyes, you can hear the time in the rustle of the leaves. And after such an exciting trip, there is nothing better, like, descending into the beach from the ancient walls, plunge into the water of the sea.
The embankment of Alanya is simply created for evening romantic walks. The restaurants on the walls are on the walls of the fortress so and shine with bright lights against the dark sky. In that trip, I discovered the Kale Panorama restaurant.
The entrance to the sea in Alanya is rocky - places are in water huge stone slabs. But this problem is easily solved by buying special slippers, so that the excitement does not damage the legs. And in such an entrance to the water there is a huge plus: crystal clear water, there is no sand suspension, as on the same beach Cleopatra. You can enjoy swim from the mask.
Taking the car, we went to watch the ruins of the ancient cities, which in this part of Turkey literally at every step: available, lost in the mountains located along the roads and those that need to go almost along paths. Shedra, Liartis, Alara and many others.
Alanya is another world: modern and old at the same time. Here every day there are new discoveries. I hope that my new trip to this city will reveal it to me from a completely new and no less beautiful side.
