As soon as I started to descend from the plane, immediately felt spicy flavors in the air of Sharm el-Sheikh. Of course, at every resort there are different smells, but this pleasant, soft, warm air and the aroma of plants and spices were very impressed with me.
We traveled to this resort in January, immediately say, not the most good time to travel there, very cold at night for walks, and it's not hot during the day, you can easily catch up, because the weather is winter, though the sun shines very intensively, and it seems, hesitates. But nevertheless there were sometimes days when there was a heat, especially at noon and then you could swim in the pool and even in the sea.
The sea in Egypt is a separate topic, the Red Sea is one of the most beautiful and picturesque seas on earth, but at the same time the danger is in yourself. At the time of our arrival, we were not allowed to enter the sea further than 2 meters, because at that time there were no rare cases of sharks attack. And yet I wanted to feel sea water, and we bathed at the shore myself. The water was, of course, not very warm, but we did not pay attention to this, like all Russians.
Dawns in Egypt are beautiful, especially in the views of the sea. In the morning it was still cool, but already sunny. The sea was shimmer and glistened with different shades from the light blue to turquoise-green.
In the Red Sea dwells a wide variety of and very beautiful inhabitants: fish, octopuses, starfish, corals, different snails, as well as sea rods. One of them is a blue-spotted slope sailing to us with a curious appearance resembling a dog that asks something to eat, the skates there as if manual and not afraid of people, it surprised us.
If we talk about food, then it is not remarkable, except the abundance of spices in dishes, little meat, fish dishes and little fruit.
From the excursions we chose a sea cruise, sailed on a large catamaran with a transparent bottom and considered the surroundings and marine inhabitants. Still, you can admire forever to the Red Sea.
