Weather
In September, the bake is incredibly, although the weather is already a non-permanent. When the sun is hidden behind the tuchs, I want to dress a warm windbreaker. The rain is also not a rare phenomenon, but, in general, the beach holiday is still quite decent.
Food
On average, 15-20 euros left for two per lunch with alcohol within reason. Do not be surprised if, together with the main dish, the potatoes are also fed, even if it is there anything. So here is accepted.
Where to go
The first on the list is the bay of Navagio, the very, with the remains of the ship, is the title photo of the island in all guidebooks. It is good, no words, water there is an unusual completely neon color, as if her was tint and highlighted from the inside. But you need to try very hard to make normal pictures there: on the observation site, the attachment is like a bus. The output is genial and simple: to move away from the site closer to the cliff, where the types are even more beautiful and no one. Below on the beach is also going on something unimaginable - the Greeks of packs are brought by people on excursions on everything that can swim. They came to the conclusion that it is better to come early in the morning.
Capital Zakynthos is a cozy Little Low Town.
Beaches on an island exceptional. Since we love privacy, then most of all came to Psarou (small, truth, and sandy), next to Xigia (pebble, but crystal clear water and can be found a deserted corner). Ksigia himself is also good, if hydrogen sulfide sources do not embarrass, but you can sneak on caves. Plated Gerakas was not impressed - finely and fully the people with all the resulting, more for family-friendly children. Laganas also caused vague feelings: kitchen aromas, solid bodies, applee there are no place to fall and drunk teens.
The peak of the hit parade unanimously took the beach of Salandrium, which traveled around the water: the unreal contrast of snow-white sand and aquamarine alcohol. In the same area, they roll over the blue caves - also a very pretty place with successful lighting.
The second place is given to Limnionas - a cozy rocky bay with an obscure landscape and rocks.
I drove into the Zoo Askos for the mark, fed the famous eternal racots.
In general, weeks for two on the island, you can find all popular places and open new corners.
Transport
Transport public on Zakynthus is, but not particularly punctual. So, if there is no purpose to come to the appointed time, you can use it. But it is best to rent a car and drive around everything yourself. On quad bike more interesting, but can be dusty and burned very quickly.
What happened
Olive soap first. Sold by large slices, like our economic, in local standards inexpensive. Quality excellent!

They came to the conclusion that it was better to rest on the largest point of Vasilikos - there are the most beautiful and low-handed beaches, not trash and quietly. After all, behind this in Greece people and go! And in those parts they found a shop-workshop, where they sell handmade ceramics. Very original and pretty things like a souvenir and as a gift are simply unreacked.
