Our hotel
Such as we, it turned out to be a whole group of tourists, we met us on a comfortable bus, taken to the hotel. Well, it's very cool, also lucky that the hotel is completely new (since June 2015 I took guests) and the perfect location: to the center of 4.5 minutes, to the historic center through the park - 30 minutes, near the market, to the market - 12 minutes. And, oh, gods, our room with a balcony with a steep view of the city! Not a brought bed, new furniture, still smell like a tree, mega bathroom - we love you, Victoria (our tour agent, who persuades us for almost an hour for this trip). !!!

Having accepted the souls, snag in the cafe of our hotel, went to get acquainted with the city.
The famous cathedral was 10 minutes away. The city is so striking with its power, greatness, beauty, green plantings, parks, huge bright unusual shapes by buildings, cathedrals, chuts - eyes scatter, and the mouth is not closed from surprise!

Attractions at every step: the Palace of Congresses, the city of science and art, the Albuofer Reserve (natural zone, created from green spaces in the river bed). About the zoo, the oceanarium - I simply have no words: these mammals are above you, and the feeling is that the water stroke is about and will be next to you, it seemed to me that I didn't see them, but they see us.
I did not want to go to the hotel and we decided to walk around the beach. No hurry passed almost 3 km in one direction along the coastline, the beaches were hit by their beauty, greatness, gorgeous infrastructure, and sometimes surprised comfortably and a small space with wild flora and fauna. From here I wanted to leave, even an eternally hungry husband stopped asking to eat and just enjoyed landscapes.
Back There was no strength to walk and we decided to drive up on the subway. It cost us 6 euros for two.
Returning to the center, went to a small restaurant near our hotel, ordered a glass of wine, their local dish Paleli, and vegetables. I additionally took Latte, Husband Expresso, and for two tiles (huge!) Milk chocolate with cocoa beans and different candles. Dinner for two cost 32 euros. Returned to the hotel, paming on the balcony, evening city - a fairy tale from the fulfilled dreams)
Valencia. Holiday Ascension of Our Lady
At the hotel administrator, we asked a little about the holiday program and decided to look at the opening with one eye, and the evening event.
So, the departure in Elche (Alicante Province) was planned at 5 am, to rise in such an hour after such a march along the coast is simply unrealistic, and here the husband stayed still to dry, and I had an interest, therefore I joined the part of our untreated group, we They boot into the bus and moved to Elche. People gathered so much that I have never seen even on the most classroom concert, so many people seem to be a religious holiday, but the Competitions of Formula 1, which are also held in Valencia.
A statue of 1.33 cm was worn along the streets with special routes, people sang songs, prayed and thanked for a good year and harvest. Departure Day and fast tour of the rented car in the sea
After evicting from the hotel, we went on an excursion to the sea. Transfer to the airport planned independently. In place we managed not only to watch the destroyed fortress wall, which is surrounded by the city. We managed not only to see the storm landscapes on the whole city with the ruins of the fortress, but also to see the remnants from the monastery, the remains of the ancient church. And it was also possible to touch the frescoes of the 15th century.
This time I had to change the old good tradition to throw a coin into the sea, we buried 2 coins in ruins. An excursion with a guide for 2 families cost 375 euros.
We were brought to the airport, before this guide allowed to get a good alcohol to us, food. With you in the suitcase, they took an oil canister for 25 euros, and showed where you can have a snack. I managed to taste a hamber, again score oils of olive, chocolate and go home)
