The first to immediately notice in Pietra Ligur is a large number of older people and families with children. So, if you are a young man at the dawn of the forces and look for fun adventures in nightclubs, you are not here.
As we rested with the child, we quite like the resort. This is a small town on the Ligurian coast with Italian charm. Here flows measured, calm life, in the morning the locals go to work in their small shops with vegetables and fruits or with clothes, and someone in Jelateria, elegant ladies walk along the embankment with their dogs, Senyors make charging or running. Tourists who are here are a bit, mostly it is the Italians from major cities who come to the weekend, go to the beach to take sunny baths and spill in azure water, and all this lasts about 13:30. And then, as it is typical of almost all European cities, life stops ... For a couple of three hours, because Siesta comes. Siesta, this is the time when the sun spit so that nothing but to lie under the fan or air conditioning you can do nothing. Therefore, everyone is hiding in their homes and rest.
After 15:30, everyone revive again, return to their affairs, crawl into the beach. By the way about him: the beaches in Pietra Ligure are predominantly equipped and consistently paid. For two sun beds, an umbrella, a storage chamber, the ability to use shower and delay tanks take 20 euro / person a day. But there are areas where you can come with your bedspread, an umbrella and, absolutely nothing to pay, perfectly spend time :) Beach pebble and with a not very convenient entrance, immediately deeply and quite large boulders immediately.
By evening, everything flock into the center, this is the old town with the main cathedral. There are sets of cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget.
You can dine for two wines from 30 euros. If you take a pizza, then cheaper. Prices are starting from 3 euros.
And be sure to eat ice cream! In Italy, it is incredibly tasty, with various tastes, costs from 2 euros, and will stop simply impossible!
There are no excursions here, with the exception of the location, which runs every evening in the city, costs 3 euros. It remains only to independently follow the surroundings.
