I have not seen such a combination of a variety of plants and colors. We still liked the nursery for elephants. Here you can see how they are fed and cared for them. They are such amazing animals. Looking elephants in the eyes, you see wisdom and understanding of the meaning of existence. Not all people will see this! I would recommend visiting tea plantations and try real local tea. This is a small part of the attractions that we visited. They are much more and profitable to rent transport to make a sightseeing tour of the island.
In Bentota you can discover Ayurveda - a comprehensive system of healthy nutrition, meditation, massage and aromatherapy. You can also visit Safari, flying in a balloon and helicopter. Beaches in Bentota spacious. But you need to be neat when bathing in the ocean - there are strong currents.
