We chose the second option. And they did not lose. They came up with tickets by time and calmly passed with the group. There is no Russian language on the site, but there is enough English. The total cost of the ticket in any case will be the same 5400 forints (about 1350 rubles). Excursions in Russian pass several times a day. We were in October 2016, the time was as follows: 12-30 and 15-15. Better, of course, clarify on the site before the visit.
So, we got inside the parliament. Excursion takes only 45 minutes. Conducted through the parade halls. Show the hall where the meetings of members of the Lower Chamber are held.
You can take a photo everywhere, except for the hall with the royal crown. And sorry, I think it is the most beautiful hall of the presented. But I heard conversations in the group that the ticket is dear, but showed little. Maybe it's true. But the part that we could see is very richly decorated, magnificent stained glass windows and decor just make eyes.
Most likely this is an excursion for adults, it is rather tightly regulated in time. Children may not like it. Another time at the beginning of the inspection has to climb the high staircase. It seems there is an elevator, but I have not seen him.
