This time we wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday. Our choice fell on the old town of Sozopol. I do not know how in summer, but in September this place is perfectly calm and quiet, but not causing the feeling of abandoned. We lived at the Vila List Hotel, between the old and new city - the perfect location. From our window was the view of the red tiled roofs of the neighboring buildings - very beautiful.
From the hotel to the beach a few steps. A couple of times went to the beach Harmat, liked less there. There were many cigarette in the sand, there were beer covers. There was no such thing on the central beach, the beach was cleaned every evening.
The weather did not allow us to fully enjoy the beaches, and for several days we just walked.
In one of the rainy and windy days, we went to the local museum. The museum is only a few halls with exhibits, but it can easily spend half an hour and even more. Since it was the end of the season, we were alone in the museum. For about ten minutes, told us about us about the museum, and in addition to his story I gave us leaflets with a description of exhibits in Russian. On the stairs, located next to the museum, you can climb on a small piece of walls surrounding the city from the sea. It is probably the highest point of the city in which we were, and the types of the strict sea from there are just awesome.
We went for two excursions: rope Ropotamo and Ravadinovo's castle. The river trip on the river was remembered and did not leave any impressions, but I liked the castle much more.
The territory of the castle is small, consists of several zones: the castle itself, a mini-zoo, a small garden and a pond in which Swans live. The park is freely walking with peacocks. To get around everything, a couple of hours will be required. On the territory of the castle there is a cafe in which you can dine - true, prices in it are slightly higher than in other places.
Food in Bulgaria is very cheap. Our hotel was with breakfast, on which they were found in such a way that I didn't want to dinner something completely. For lunch, fruits usually bought or did in the room of a vegetable salad. Dinner went to the fur. Prices are about the same everywhere, in the old town of more expensive, in the Harmat - cheaper area. It was interesting to try shark.
Ten days of vacation flew like one moment. We would very much like to repeat these moments again.
