Before a business trip to France, the expression "see Paris - and die" for me was always empty sound. And here to my great happiness and delight I had such an opportunity. And of course, who hitting Paris will not want to see all his sights. I will not describe a chic view of the Elysees and the height of the Euphel Tower. They surprised me in moderation. But the most cherished desire since childhood was to visit the Louvre - the cradle of the kings of France and see the famous Mona Lisa Brush Leonardo da Vinci. And in the nearest free Friday (on other days the museum works until 15.00, on Friday until 17.00, you can see more, although there is little on all three days) I went to the right bank of the Seine, in the first Paris district for a long-awaited tour.
I want to immediately say that the Louvre struck immediately, from the very entrance to the museum in the form of a glass pyramid built in 1981 during the restoration of the museum. The entrance ticket worth 16 euros can be purchased in the pyramid, at the entrance, I would like to note that for children and adolescents under 18 years old - the entrance is free. So it is desirable to have a passport with you, and the presence of animals is prohibited in the museum. Of course, 380 thousand exhibits are physically impossible to get around in one day, I managed to see only the most famous and wonderful thing that I really wanted to see. Of course, the famous Jokonda, the smile of which is not a description, the statue of Venus Miloskaya, which is considered to be the right most beautiful and famous sculpture in the world, and since childhood, the Egyptian sculptures of the famous Sphinx and Sarcophagi kings of Egypt are attracting my imagination. This is probably all that I have managed to see the day, and left the Louvre with regret that the museum is open so little time. If I have the opportunity to get there again - I will not miss anything!
