My husband and I have never been to Greece. In one sad cloudy day at the end of winter, we realized that this summer we must get to the blue-bearer sea. And where in Europe the most beautiful sea? Greece is a very worthy option, especially island. And I began to sort out the islands: Crete, Rhodes, Zakynthos, Kos, Corfu ... Seeing the photo of Santorini, I realized that one-two-day trip from Crete would not suit us. Going to Santorini for a week!
The choice of accommodation was quite difficult, because we planned some kind of beach holiday. So, Kamari. I chose this village for convenient transport links with different parts of the island, because I did not plan to take a car for rent. We did not take the car, ride all week on a quad bike, very popular on the island of the way of movement. The average rental price is 25 euros per day, the consumption of very not cheap gasoline is minimal, the impressions are for life. On our small iron horse, we traveled the entire island: visited them, Fir, Akrotiri, Pyrgyz.

Thanks to our accommodation in Kamari, rest in Santorini turned out to be quite budget contrary to the universal idea of the insane cost of the island. Santorini is worthy of visiting, this is one of the most beautiful places where I was.
