In Athens, we decided to use the services known in many countries, the tourist bus. There are more than enough places in the excursion bus, despite the height of the season, we constantly rode the half-empty bus that was undoubtedly comfortable for us. Throughout the route there are stops. On any of them you can go, and go out. Buses walk with intervals of 15 minutes. The cost of tickets is different, depends on which route you select. In my opinion, the excursion is more suitable for young people. Elderly, because of the climate, it will be hard in this excursion, it will probably be easy for children on the spot, and listen to the history of the city will seem like a good pleasure, although the tour allows you to go out of the bus to take a walk that for children is undoubtedly plus.
The bus route is built to pay your attention to the main attractions of Athens, such as Acropolis, National Library, Academy and Athens University, some Olympic facilities. But personally for me the most interesting was to see the Athenian port.
In general, despite the fact that the price of such a tour is high, I would advise you to visit this excursion, you will get a lot of positive emotions, see the main attractions of the city of Athens.
