I have a lot of favorite and interesting places in Krasnoyarsk, where I love to walk myself, with friends or family. One of the most beloved, this island a rest. In this place you can relax, relax, spend well time and just enjoy the weekend day.
The rest of the rest is almost in the very center of Krasnoyarsk, in the middle of the River Yenisei. Through the island, a large communal bridge is held, which connects two shores. You can get to the island in two ways. The first is to go from the Opera House through the bridge, there are beautiful views of Yenisei, very beautiful, but a little scary, especially in windy weather. The second is to take any bus that goes to the other side through this bridge, there is also a stop, which is called the "Rest Island".
The most important attraction of the island, of course, is the central stadium, where the most important sports competitions are held in the city. Also opposite the stadium there is a central sports complex. And between these objects there are several interesting figurines and alley of heroes with the most outstanding athletes of the edge.
But not only this can boast the island. The most favorite place for Krasnoyarstsev, probably the beach. Although in this place the current and not so strong, but the water in Yenisei is very cold, so it is impossible to swim here, at least they make only some bravery, and so, most simply sunbathe in a good summer day.
Also on the island many different cafes, there are gazebos for relaxation, as well as playgrounds, trampolines and other entertainment for children. You can also just take a walk with beautiful and quiet alleys, or just sit in the shade of trees, enjoying the silence and fresh air. It is always cool here, even in the very large summer heat.
I always get great pleasure from visiting this place, especially in the summer when warm and beautifully around. I think that those who are still here were not definitely disappointed, because it is one of the most famous and most popular places in the city.
