Two years ago we traveled at the end of June to Montenegro. Why there? The climate is soft, the sea is warm, many ancient monuments, the visa is not needed and cheap relative. I flew by the plane to the capital, and there we were already waiting for the transfer to the hotel in Budva. As for the transfer, we agreed with the hotel in advance. There was a balcony with a gorgeous view and a table with armchairs. Breakfasts liked. Always fresh fruit, baking. Buffet breakfast, which is very convenient when there are small children.
The beach is not far from the hotel. There is a lunapark where we spent a couple of evenings having fun. The most interesting thing in Budva is the "Old Town". Isle of medieval. There are many vintage churches, monasteries, narrow streets, elegant architecture style. Very interesting, but with children is hard. We were enough for a couple of hours. You can go on maritime taxis for the nearest islands. All the same risked and visited the island of St. Nikola.
Power here is good, diverse and familiar to us. At first they fed at the restaurant at the hotel. But then they found out the compatriots, which is better to eat in small family cafes away from the beach. And portions more and prices are lower, and the food is tastier. And the compass makers and for kids will prepare separately.
My advice: you want a nice, calm rest without suffocating heat, without fuss - go to Montenegro. The rest will suit anyone. And with the kids to go scary. When we rested on the beach there were many children of all ages. For those who arrived without children are even more opportunities. Discos, bars, the ability to visit various attractions.
