A slightly later pavilion was added to the open exposure, located in the station itself. The main attraction is a gigantic railway layout with moving elements, a change in day and night and other elements of animation. Also there are models of railway equipment and a working example of an educational training equipment for machinists.
The museum operates from 10 to 16 hours, except Monday and Tuesday. The entrance costs 100 rubles for the usual visitor and smaller amounts for different categories of beneficiaries. I strongly advise not to regret 200 rubles, which are asked for a photo. To get to the museum, it is best to get to the metro station to Riga, go to the square, go to the right until you wish for the end of the station.
