In March of this year, visited Jerusalem. One of the most unusual and mysterious cities on Earth. Interestingly in Jerusalem, the fact that this is the city of three religions: Christian, Jewish and Arabic. Each of them these religions exists separately from others. Representatives of each of these three religions claim their shrines, defending the right to possess them.
I want to tell you about that Jerusalem, who we visited. Our journey was called "Christian Jerusalem", the price of which was $ 60 per person.
Jerusalem is the center of faith in God. Therefore, we are simply impossible to visit some places in this city, because they are not.
The first thing we visited is the Maslinal Mountain, on which the Garden Garden is located (Olive Grove),
in which Jesus prayed with students. In the center of the Garden Garden is the Church of the Passion of the Lord,
In another other, it is also called the church of all nations.
Then, after walking on foot, we fell into the temple of the Assumption of the Virgin, in which Maria is buried, the mother of Jesus. The church was restored many times, everything is very old, but very beautiful! In this church there is an icon with which all the icons of the Holy Virgin are drawing!
After visiting this shrine, we went to the next. On Mount Zion.
In the tomb of the mystery of the evening, the place of Easter evening. This is a fairly small room with high ceilings, and stained beds. Also, in this place is the grave of King David.
And here, here, the disciples of Christ received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and spoke in other languages for 50 days from the resurrection of Jesus, from where the feast of Pentecost.
The next holy place was the temple of the Holy Sepulcher,
One of the greatest Christian shrines!
This temple consists of three main parts: Golgotha (still has a stone from the mountain)

Now on this plate, people put their belongings (scarves, handkerchiefs, cross, icons) for a few seconds to consecrate and bless them.

Also in the center of the Old Town, on the way to the Temple of the Holy Sepulcher there is a fountain of Tears Mary,

The concluding part of our journey through Jerusalem was the cry of crying,
The most sacred place in Judaism. The western wall of the fence of the temple, today it is all that remained from the destroyed temple. This place is interesting that here is 7 days a week, 24 hours in essence and 365 days a year does not stop the prayer. People invest their prayer notes in this wall, hoping to get answers to their prayers.
The wall is divided into two parts: male and female, also near the wall there are chairs, for those who have long praying and prayer books.
In Jerusalem, we also got to the Arab market,
where it was possible to acquire different souvenirs and holy things. We, for example, bought a ring with the inscription of the prayer for Israel (20 shekels or $ 5), a female scarf (5 dollars). We did a snack in the cafe in the center of the Old Town, in the center of all shrines. A cup of coffee in such a cafe costs 15 Shekes (a little less than 5 dollars). We visited the souvenir shop, in which it was possible to purchase a sacred world, icons, crosses, minors and so on. Passed by the synagogues in which Jews prayed.
Jerusalem is a wonderful city for traveling, a place where you can clean your soul, thoughts, pray for yourself and your loved ones and feel the presence of God yourself on Earth!
