I want to tell you how I visited the excursions "Olim-Dion Vorgin".
At first we visited Vergina and the Tomb of Philip II. I will say honestly, it was because of this place took an excursion. This museum is very unusual and impressive, as organized. There is a special atmosphere of the tomb: the light is muted, the exhibits themselves are in the world, you move through the halls, as if you actually have in an ancient space in distant times. I can not say that I love to walk on the museum, but it was very interesting here. I did not even immediately realize that the inspection ended, was so fascinated by the story of the guide. We provided a little free time additionally, so I went around the whole exposure again, turning attention to the details.
Then we visited the legendary mountain ridge of Olympus. Types of mountains and forests of this place were very inspired, and the air filled with energy and freshness. We showed us the so-called "throne of Zeus" and the place where the pedestrian trails of the Hikers are running. Even children and elderly rises to the top. We were fortunate enough - the mountains were not in the fog and we were able to see 2 tops of Olympus. Very beautiful panorama from the observation deck. Photos were very good.
The last point of our journey was the ancient city of Dion. He perfectly completed this trip. Here we calmly and leisurely went through the ruins of an ancient city listening to the story of the guide, saw statues, mosaics, columns, the remains of the foundations of various buildings.
The whole trip passed extremely easy and pleasant mood. I returned with a lot of emotions and new impressions. Thank you very much for such an interesting excursion!
