Bursa: Other Turkey.

Anonim

About Bursa can be spent exclusively with emotions, because this city is beautiful! There are incredible people, perhaps, one of the most friendly in all of Turkey. And here there are Mount Uludag and the most beautiful mosques. But first things first.

Bursa is easier to get from Istanbul on a water bus, i.e. on the ship. A ticket to both ends will cost about 60 lire. You will have to swim and admire the sea landscapes for 3 hours, the only negative - you can not go to the deck during the swim, so you can't rush fresh air. I found in Bursa the only hostel, overnight about 1000 rubles. So the road and housing are not so expensive together.

Upon arrival, you can immediately see the old mosque (it is Ulu Camii), good it is not far. True, the terrain here is hilly, so get ready for a forced fitness))

Immediately you can see and two more places famous here: a green mosque

and Mausoleum Shekhzade Mustafa and his family:

Green Mosque and True Modeochina Beautiful! Perhaps the most beautiful in Turkey. At the same time, it can be calmly inspecting, no comments, if you are without a headdress or accidentally grab the men's half.

Mausoleum Shehzade Mustafa is also an interesting place. Of course, the fans of the series "Magnificent Century") go there)) I am not a fan, but the work of the Turkish masters who did sarcophages.

Mount Uludag is another classroom in Bursa (by the way, it is here that the water "Uludag", which is sold everywhere). You can get there on the cable car, the ticket costs 35 lir:

Panorama of the city with uludaga gorgeous! So I also advise everyone to visit.

Well, about the beaches. The best beaches of Bursa (who, remind, on the Marmara Sea) are located in the Mudanya area. There from the city go Dolmushi, go for about 15-20 minutes. The sea here is clean and small, there is no special ox, so it will suit the children. Beach is free, because urban. There are a couple of cabins for dressing and shower. There are jellyfish in the water, but not much as in that de Istanbul.

In general, if you want to see the historic Turkey, come here. At the same time you swim, eat a real Iskander-kebab (came up with it in Bursa) and see the local textiles and fabric markets that are simply chic!
