Initially, I wanted to do everything with a minimum cost. Hotel Hildegarden on Booking.com seems like 2 *, in fact - a good level hostel. For a week in a single room, I paid about 5,000 rubles, well, it's funny! Yes, without food, animation and other bonuses. But why is it all necessary? In Alania and so full of places where you can eat and have fun.
My own beach at my hotel, of course, was not. But, I understood that in Alania many hotels such a situation. To break through through a bunch of bodies on the city beach did not really wanted, so all week bathed on the beach at the very end of the promenade, there was far there, but it was worth it: few people (mostly local residents), and water is cleaner. The sea in Alania is just gorgeous! With azure waves, pleasant sand on the bottom and excellent warm water.
Since I am not a lover of a passive beach holiday, a week tried to see all the most interesting places in the city. The most interesting place is, of course, the Seljuk fortress, it is really impressive.

and the city center, the Damlatash cave (in my opinion, nothing special). Most tourists visit the maximum fortress, and then she is engaged in shopping and having fun, the benefits of shops and bars in Alanya are enough.
In general, a pleasant impression remains from the city. If you need the sea and the sandy beach, it is a good economy option. I'm not sure that I myself will come back here, but by the other would recommend.
