In September of this year we held an excellent saturated weekend in Kazakhstan. We visited the famous Borovy mountain lakes and in one of the most beautiful cities in the world - Astana. I'll start my story from the road. The distance from our city to the resort of Borovoe no more than three hundred kilometers, the track is wide, unwanted. Time on the way is about 5 hours, including 2 hours of border between countries. Resort Borovoe offers a large selection of housing of a different price category. We focused on the recreation center "Tale". We had a separate wooden house with a double bed, also asked for a separate clamshell for a child. In the room is nothing superfluous, everything is quite modest, if only to spend the night, then the very thing. Breakfast was included in the price. It consisted of scrambled eggs with sausage and tea with sandwiches.
Borovoy is famous for its lakes, we made hiking around the lake Small Chebachye, we rode a boat on the lake.
The lakes are cold, to buy in September it is definitely not possible, but to enjoy the views and breathe clean mountain air, it is please.
Floating on the boat we saw the OK-Zhetties cliff, the name of the cliff indicates "the arrow does not accommodate" and indeed, the rock is impressive with their power. Hazret-Sultan Mosque, Bates Rachel Habad Lubavich, Palace of Peace and Consent, Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan - all we looked casual. But the monument of Baiterk, we walked for two hours, everything in colors, cleanliness, everything is thought out. Inside the bayterek even more interesting, there are galleries with different historical exhibits, a large aquarium, with at the top, in a bowl, surprisingly beautiful panorama of the city.
Very wanted to still visit the water park to the shopping and entertainment center Khan Shatyr, but we did not have enough time, we will go here next year.
