Arriving in a new place for yourself Each traveler wants to try local cuisine and local delicacies. When I heard the opinion that such a thing as a Dutch cuisine does not exist. So, not far from the Museum Square in Amsterdam there is a small institution, which is called HAP-HMM, and the first thought in his form was hmm ..., but it was raining on the street, I wanted to eat and a host of such circumstances helped us to discover Dutch Kitchen! The exact address of Eerste Helmersstraat 33, 1054 CZ Amsterdam. Basically locals come here, but the English version of the menu for tourists is also there. This small restaurant serves excellent homework in simple home dishes.
Netherlands cuisine is very rich in vegetables and cheeses. The Dutch is very interesting to prepare meat, it turns out very gentle juicy and fragrant.
For the lunch of three dishes for two people, we paid 24 euros, not at all expensive as it seems to me.
If you are very, very, very hungry, and feel that the elephant is ready to swallow, then you are in Calf and Bloom at Singer 461 1012 WP Amsterdam. It serves excellent dishes of huge sizes. The decoration of the restaurant in the style of minimalism, but the portion is clearly in the style of maximalism. If the soup is buckets, if the salad is kiograms, if the meat is so almost a half-tone steak. About prices can judge themselves.
Preparing of course it is also very tasty, so I want to eat everything!
If you are a fan of grilled meat, then in Amsterdam there are as many as 6 institutions for you - they are all ranch, but only with a different number :) Their logo is a hazing bull. It serves beautiful meat on the grill, with the ribs to the steaks, and the meat is vegetable sides. Prices are also not very coming up, but the taste will be simply magic.
All cafes and restaurants are quite cute and comfortable, often fed simply "on slaughter." The establishments here appreciate our customers and your name, so the chance to get and stay hungry is minimal here :)
