The restaurant is quite far from the city center (walk more than half an hour), so it is better to whistle a taxi or a Tuk-Tuk, if, of course, you are traveling on your own transport.
"Chaya Village Habarana"

Fresh products, high-level service, pleasant atmosphere and amazing selection of dishes. If you are not lucky with breakfasts in your hotel (friend, in the sense), come to have breakfast here. Dinner - a buffet (as a rule, is included in the price of a batch tour). The staff is attentive, and the restaurant itself is like a place where he is - extremely quiet and cute, away from the main road, surrounded by lush greenery. By the way, the restaurant is flawlessly clean, including toilet. It is very pleasant to lunch here in a tank even on the hottest day!
"ACME Seafood Restaurant"
(With Hotel Acme, on the shore of Lake Kadahatha Vava, on Polonnaruwa Road)The hotel itself is quite simple, but cozy and inexpensive. The restaurant is about the same. Of course, the design of the dining room is more than simple (you can even say something small, with several windows and without much at least as a picturesque view of them), but what's the difference, if tasty (not that "deadly delicious", but just tasty).
As already clear from the name, seafood will be offered here (and more vegetarian dishes, by the way) on the buffet. At the same time, prices are average, adequate (although it is possible to find and cheaper, put your hand on the heart). In general, I must say, they feed here mainly, yet, tourists-packagers, therefore, if you come late, it may well be that desserts will not get at all (but if they are still, ordering the divine dessert wattalapam), and the main Dishes will be "cleared." As for the quality of food, it is, in fact, is not bad, as well as a variety of dishes (be sure to try Curry), then seeing views will find something to find fault. Special taxi drivers will bring those interested in guests. In short, this restaurant is either likely like it, or do not like it at all. Something like this.
J & SU Restaurant
(on Anuradhapura Road)Spacious authentic restaurant Srilasky (pretty acute) and partly European cuisine.
