The atmosphere is generally friendly, the service is good (though, the staff does not speak English very well, but you can figure it out), cleaning twice a day (the room is decorated with flowers, postcards). Plus there is a bar on the beach with good non-alcoholic cocktails. In short, this is the most pleasant comfortable hotel in the city, however, maybe not for children (they have nothing to do here).

The problem of the whole city: next to the hotel complex is useless to scour in search of other restaurants, so the easiest way to eat at the hotel. If not taken "all inclusive", then the prices will seem not too cheap in Asian standards, but it is worth it.
The hotel almost always reigns calm and silence - sometimes it seems that in the complex, besides you, there is no one else. Do not complain about fine water - here everywhere (entrance to the water in Pontoon), but the coral reefs are near the shore. The staff tries, removes the beach, but still the bottom is quite stony and with the fragments of the reef (explain that these are the consequences of the 2004 tsunami).
