Located 26 kilometers north of Narathivat, if you go along the highway number 42 on the way to Simburi and Pattani, the small national park is located on several hills. The main attraction of the park is a 60-meter waterfall Bakho. "Baho" means "waterfall" at the local dialect of Javi. The waterfall begins with a small flow somewhere deep in the forest at high altitude, and a wide mining plateau next to the waterfall is ideal for relaxation. The plant was named Professor to Prachit Vamanon, a member of the royal projects - when he discovered this miracle, it seemed to him that the palm leaves were very similar to Bangsun, a large umbrella that was used in some traditional processions. Meanwhile, the locals called this tree "Buke Ipaa", which means "mountainous-and-peel" - probably because of the shape of a palm tree flower. Oh yeah, waterfall.
