Makarska is one of the most popular resorts of Croatia. On the one hand, he is surrounded by high mountains of biooko, with another sea and nearby islands, which bets him a certain color. Here is the clean sea and numerous beaches, which stretched along the entire coast. Beaches are not wide, only 4-6 meters wide. Almost everyone is covered with small pebbles. There is no sandy beach. Around the St. Peter's Peninsula, wild stony beaches on which you can also safely sunbathe. There are several beaches located in a small forest, among the shadows of trees that are ideal for relaxing with young children. On some beaches there are locker rooms, showers and toilets. It is not entirely pleasant to sunbathe on the stones, so I recommend to take a chaise longue to hire. In addition, there are also many stones in the sea, so you need to have special shoes in order not to cripple.
Along the beaches passes a long embankment with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. At any time, you can eat or quench thirst. We recommend "Berlin" from restaurants, here you serve delicious shrimps and squid on the grill.

Quietly lie on the beach will also be problematic, there are a lot of people, almost everyone lies with each other. Some leave the towel overnight, so that in the morning does not look for a place.
