When planning a vacation, a vacation option was discussed in Turkey, but I wanted to go there, where were not yet, and that there was more vegetation, and not just a pougeing sun, so Marmaris chose. Our manager recommended that place for rest, as the most suitable for our wishes.
In Turkey, not the first time, but mostly rested on the Mediterranean. This time, Dalaman flew to the airport, and from there, a little more than an hour was driving a transfer to the hotel.
Marmaris met us truly summertime weather. The climate here is a little softer than in the Antalya area, the heat is even less. This tourist region is located in the cove, so the storm and strong waves will not see here. Water seemed a little more cool than in Alanya, but the same clean and very saline. All the beaches that we have seen, sandy and smooth entrance, as well as many greens and beautiful slopes of the mountains. An ideal place to relax with kids. Travelists from EU countries (the British, Germans, French) prevail in hotels.
Marmaris is a small town, but here you have something curious tourists.
We started visiting Aqua Dream Water Park. The fee for the entrance is 25 dollars per person. There are many pools and slides on the park in the park. The child liked the attraction "Free Fall". There is cafes and restaurants where you can comfortably relax and eat. Sit down several times turned off, and then started again. From the water park opens a chic view of the city, the sea and mountains. It is a pity that I could not look at the sunset from this place.
Also visited the old castle called Fort Marmaris. He is not big, and his time has not changed much. At this time, there is a museum with anthropological finds of this region.
