Belgium - a country is not cheap, so rest in Brugge can not be counted for budget. Nevertheless, something can be saved, although, of course, far from everything. Any trip is made up of several components - it is the road, accommodation, food and visiting various attractions. As you understand perfectly, the upper limit is not there and can not be, so in my article I will talk about the budget trip to Brugge, as well as about the average price category.
Accommodation
First of all, I would like to start my story with describing accommodation options. Living prices in Brugge can not be called low, however, of course, there is a big difference between budget hotels and luxury hotels. Brugge is a rather big city, so there are both hostels and hotels of all categories up to five star. One of the cheapest accommodation options is a hostel, that is, the maximum budget hotel, where the setting in the room is often limited to the bed alone, and the toilet and shower are common to several guests. In addition, in the hostels you can live in a dormitory room - besides you, unfamiliar people will live in the room. The main plus of hostels is the price. So, the bed in the community number (there can be accommodated both men and women) in Brugge's hostels can do you from 1,100 to 2,000 rubles, and some of the hostels are located in the very center of the city. For comparison, a separate room for two in a budget hotel will be already at three and a half thousand rubles (about it below).
So, near the city train station is the hotel Ibis (One star), which features air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The night there will cost you 3,600 rubles for two guests (for breakfast will have to pay separately).
There are in Brugge and quite a large number of three-star hotels - the prices of them on average begins from 4 thousand rubles. For this money you will get a good room with all amenities - bathroom, TV, sometimes safe. Most often, breakfast is included in this amount. Some of the hotels are located right in the historic center of the city (however, the price of them is higher than those located in more modern areas). If you want to save, then you can pay attention to hotels that are located in the area of the train station - in 20 minutes on foot you can easily reach the city center, but you do not have to overpay.
Road
Brugge can be easily reached from other cities in Europe, such as using train or bus. In this case, the road will do it is not too expensive - we, for example, went to Brugge from Amsterdam, a train tour of the train went back in 90 euros per person. The bus was significantly cheaper - about 20-25 euros per person, but it was too long and tedious, so we abandoned this option.Residents of St. Petersburg can reach Brugge with respect to the budget way - buy a ticket for Ryanair aircraft airlines (prices start from about 30 euros), and from Dusseldorf to take a bus to Brugge - more plus 20 euros.
Food
Another study of spending on stay in Belgium is the food. In most hotels, breakfast is included in the price, so I will write about dinner and dinner. We ate in central restaurants (right on the main square), so the prices there were not very humane - lunch per person cost us about 30 euros. Dinner will cost about the same.
The farther from the center, the cheaper, so in newer areas of Brugge, you will be quite lunch and dinner for 20 euros per person. If the fast food and institutions of the Starbax type are scared of you, as well as street power points (there can, for example, buy pancakes or sandwiches), then you will be quite able to meet 10 euros per person.
sights
Most of the tourists come to Brugge to admire local churches, museums and other historical places. I will give an exemplary rates - a sightseeing tour of the city on a minibus (about an hour) cost us at 15 euros per person, an entrance ticket to the Museum of Groning (Fine Arts) costs about 5-6 euros (if some pictures on the restoration, you will make a discount) To climb Bellfort Bellfort will have to give about 15 euros (the price depends on age, for young people up to 26 years cheaper), and ticket prices to other museums range from 5 to 15 euros. Thus, if in the day you visit several places, get ready to give an average of about 25 - 35 euros per person.

So let's summarize the results. If you live in a hostel and eat in the cheapest cafe (and at the same time visit various sights), then the day in Brugge (with accommodation) will cost you about 50-60 euros. Usually in Brugge stop for 2-3 days, so during this period you will have to give about 150-180 euros. If you add there the most budget version of the flight from Finland, it will be possible to meet approximately 300- 400 euros, however, consider that you have to save very much.If you choose the hotel of the middle price category (3 stars), eat in ordinary cafes and also attend sights, the price of your holiday will grow significantly - so, the day of staying in Brugge will cost you about 110-130 euros per person, and 3 days in 300 - 400 euros. As you understand, only you decide how much you are willing to spend on a trip to this city, however it will be useful for you to know that in Brugge you can save.
What can be saved in Brugge:
- accommodation (As already mentioned above, one of the savings options is a choice for a budget hotel or hostel).
- food (For those who really want to save, you can advise to pay attention to supermarkets - prices there are lower than in the cheapest cafe)
- public transport (Bruges - the city is small, from the outskirts to the very center of the city you can take a maximum of half an hour - forty minutes (and then if you live very far from the center), so you absolutely optionally use anything to be transported)
