Tanjung Benoa is the territory of luxury hotels, and the main pastime for tourists is water sports and water fun. But shopping there, of course, is not so cool, as in Kuta, Ubud or Denpasar. Nevertheless, this resort area offers a good such choice of shops - and this is not only boutiques in hotels. Benoa has several art markets, there are jewelry shops, shops for surfers, craft shops, textile and leather departments, lavets with decorations, as well as shops that sell branded copies of clothing and shoes. Everything is as usual what to say. True, everything is not on such scales as in other Bali resorts. Nevertheless, let's try to highlight some stores in which you should look at Tanjung Benoa:
Souvenirs
Jalan Pratama.
This is the main street of the city, which is littered with hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes and, of course, benches and shops. And at the same time, this is the most favorite area of tourists for walking. But separately I would like to mention textile and leather shops located on this popular street. Try to look into one of them - somewhere can even be sewed to order clothes, bag, or even make shoes - from textiles and leather. The bargaining is welcome, but most importantly, which amazes - genuine quality at moderately low prices, and it's just amazing!
Art Market
Art markets, or artistic markets in a resort somewhat, let's start with that. But the largest art market is on the road from the resort. Pasar Seni (which is translated as "art market") MERTHA SEGARA SAMUH offers a wide range of handmade goods and art items, ranging from handmade rugs to T-shirts (pretty banal, as everywhere).
As with any other art markets on the island, the prices are not fixed here, so you have to bargain (you can not bargain, your business, however, but I would advise). But do not worry, it is not necessary to bargain a lot, since the art market is not particularly crowded most of the time, every guest there is desirable, and local sellers are very friendly and willingly go to the transaction.

Although the store is located next to the main road, there are many beautiful and unusual handmade goods, which are not found, probably nowhere on the popular Jalan Pratama. If you do not count pictures, most of the goods are made here from the tree, so, carrying home in the suitcases are comfortable and simple, but what kind of gift will come! Well, in general, this store is a branch of a large chain of stores, whose owners live in Ubud (of course, there is also this shop), the cultural capital of the island. Price tags in the store - in American dollars, prices, as you can see, fixed, but bargaining is still possible and appropriate.

The store offers a good selection of clothing of international brands for active people who arrived in Benoa to enjoy water sports: there are wetsuit, colorful shorts and swimsuits, glasses, bags, backpacks, shoes and other accessories. Like all the shops "Paul Smith" on Bali, this Tanjung Benoa is very easy to notice - on familiar bright stripes and flowers. This small outlet offers a large selection of universal clothing, bags, wallets, belts and other accessories - for men and women. Prices in the store, by the way, are suspiciously low, but everything is easily explained - the goods are reportedly made in China. But to buy a couple of this, you can, anyway everything is sewn in China.

"RUKO PRATAMA 234X"
"RUKO" means a chain of stores, and this complex consists of five outlets that offer silver jewelry, clothing and accessories, as well as spa services. Here you will find entire mountains of fakes of clothing, bags and shoes such companies such as Abercrombie, Dolce & Gabanna, Guess, Gucci, Burberry and many others. However, even on these copies in some places are shockingly high. In their defense it is worth noting that the quality of products in this store is quite approximately to genuine, if compared with the quality of goods in other "pirate" companies in the city. Silver decorations, however, here are genuine.

This, of course, not all shops, but I designated the most interesting. Nevertheless, you should not forget that Tanjung Benoa is a traditional fishing village and a very young resort, and here it is best to sleep, lights up on the beach and rides on a banana and a bun. If I really want shopping, it would be better to drive to Nusa Dua - here Shoping is so shopping, especially since Nusa Dua is just a 10-minute drive from Tanjung Benoa.
