Nusa Dua may seem a bit boring resort at first glance: fabulous hotels, flawless emerald color of lawns, clean tracks. Well, the ocean behaves well here - in general, nor a hint of Indonesian reality at a distance of several kilometers away. Some may say that Nusa Dua is best suited for the elderly tourists. Or for golf lovers. Or billionaires. But we will not be so critical. There are great advantages in this artificial paradise, and also, in Nusa-Dua can be very fun. So, what can you take yourself in Nusa-Dua?
1) beaches
Of course, the main thing and the most useful occupation here. The main beach of Nusa-Doua is much cleaner than, for example, in Kuta. With a white good sand. And this beach is much more privatant, because the sellers of this and this will not shust the heads and annoying, and the people here are much smaller. Waves on this beach - when, but in general, it is not very worried, it is possible to swim with a child without much fear.
At the shore you can enjoy water sports (there is a water sports center) - in the boulders to swim from the mask, ride on the hydrocycle, surfing or try diving. Although in this case you have to sail away, as there are practically no fish on the beach. And you can simply relax and read, lying under the umbrella, or just roll and sip beer or cocktails. The only problem is that during the low tide you will witness a huge amount of stinking seaweed. By the way, another small problem is that, at least the sand on the beach is very good, sand in the water is littered with small pebbles, corals - sometimes it is not so easy and just calmly go. In general, the water there is something like a lagoon and therefore water is not the most refreshing, especially at low tide. You can ride a bike along the coastline a little to the north - there you will find trains who sell all sorts of useful and useless things, such as sarps, beachwear and other things. Another good choice is Geger Beach (Geger Beach), which begins immediately after Mulia Resort.
This is a "natural" beach of Nusa-Dua, not a bulk. Sand here is also pleasant, clean. But the entrance to the water can also be overshadowed with small corals and algae. Next to the beach - upscale restaurants, massage salons (must be tested) and clubs. The beach itself is clean and well-kept, with a lot of sun beds (they are paid, somewhere 50,000 rupees for two). But keep in mind that the city beach is very small, and most of the beach are busy with hotels, that is, it is impossible to go there. On the beach there are many places where you could hide from the scorching sun - very good with small children. Masseuses do not stick and understand "no" from the first time.
2) Museum of Pasifika (Museum Pasifika)
The museum opened in December 2013. These are drawings, statues, paintings and photos that demonstrate the wealth of culture of this area are good and large collections of different eras and nationalities. This is unlikely to expect from the resort Museum. Highlight for at least an hour to visit the museum. Even those who are not particularly loved by museums and rarely visit them, it will be very interesting here - you will be surprised how these cards and sculptures capture.
