Fabulous lake Bled, located at the foot of the Julia Alps, is beautiful at any time of the year and with any weather. This I can say for sure, despite the fact that we are there and Mokley in the rain, and frowned, and blown us with the wind, and it was all in the warmest season - the mountains, you can't guess. Nevertheless, consider at times when it is the best weather here and what to do with the season.
Winter
In winter, it is very much like an active recreation lovers here: There are a large number of ski slopes in the vicinity of Bleda, both for newcomers and more experienced athletes. What is only the famous Pokhloch, well known to all biathlon lovers, as one of the permanent tracks of the World Cup stage. Yes, and closer to the Bled of the tracks, but brings to the mountain slopes a special "ski" bus, taking tourists from hotels. In addition to the mountain skiing and snowboard, you can go skating here. Unfortunately, the lake itself freezes very rarely, only in the coldest winter, but in the city of Bleda, a rink is built.
Spring
Nature blooms lately, compared to the rest of Slovenia. In the vicinity of Lake, the snow lies in March. In late April-May, the real spring comes - with the first greens, pure cloudless sky and sunny days - just the perfect time to meet the castle, the lake and the town, spreading on his shores.
Summer
Summer on the flare, probably the best time of the year. In July, there is even a swimming season here, because water warms up to 23-24 degrees. Ideally, this time is suitable for acquaintance with the surrounding area, when everything dried on the mountain paths and near the waterfalls, and the possibility of rain is minimal (after all, this region is considered the most rainy in Slovenia and the chance to get under the rain is great even in the summer, what can we talk about spring and autumn). At this time, the maximum number of tourists arrives at the lake, almost not to find a room in the hotel or a room in a private hotel, and the prices grow instantly, especially for a short time.
Fall
The beginning of autumn is still very good time on the flare: dry enough and warm. But closer to the end the rains, fogs, wind, the sky is constantly tightened with low clouds. At this time, it may not be so cold as cold and unpleasant.
The flow of tourists is significantly reduced and prices for housing at this time, of course, fall. But does it make sense to sit in local apartments and look at the low sky and incessant rain?
